📊 MIXED ePlus posts record $3.8B gross billings, EPS up 64% in FY2026
Revenue & Profitability
Q4 consolidated net sales rose 20.6% to $576.2 million, with product revenue up 25% to $466.2 million and services revenue up 4.9% to $110 million. Operating income grew 64.7% to $30.9 million, and net earnings from continuing operations were $20.5 million ($0.78 diluted EPS) versus $13.5 million ($0.51) a year ago. Full-year net sales increased 22.1% to $2.4 billion, net earnings from continuing operations rose 62.4% to $124.1 million ($4.71 diluted EPS), and adjusted EBITDA grew 49.5% to $204.8 million.
Outlook
Management sees continued strong demand driven by digital transformation and AI adoption, though it remains mindful of the worldwide memory chip shortage and geopolitical uncertainties. For fiscal year 2027, the company expects net sales, gross profit, and adjusted EBITDA to grow in the mid-single-digit range, reflecting a tough year-over-year compare and conservative assumptions around lead times and macro conditions.
Growth Drivers
AI is the biggest driver of technology investment, leading to infrastructure modernization and increased demand across data center, cloud, networking, and security. Security gross billings grew 23.1% to $842 million (22% of total gross billings). Managed services full-year revenue rose 11%, supported by multiyear wins in storage and backup, while professional services (including the Bailiwick acquisition) grew 19% for the year.
Balance Sheet & CapEx
Not specifically discussed in the call. Management noted a healthy balance sheet with $410.8 million in cash to support organic investments and strategic M&A, as well as returning capital via dividends and share repurchases.
Margins
Consolidated gross margin for Q4 was 24.6%, down from 26.5% a year ago, due to lower product margins (22.2% vs. 24.7%) from a higher proportion of large enterprise sales at competitive rates. Professional services gross margin improved to 38.3% (from 35.9%), and managed services margin rose to 30.5% (from 29.1%). Operating expenses grew only 2.4% year-over-year, highlighting strong operating leverage with headcount flat.
Key Risks
Management flagged the worldwide memory chip shortage and geopolitical issues as potential headwinds. In Q&A, it also cited a tough year-over-year compare and lead-time uncertainties for open orders. Additionally, there were project timing delays with retail customers in the fourth quarter.

Financial Model
Projections are built from each company's audited annual financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) over the last 5 fiscal years. Forward assumptions — revenue growth %, EBITDA margin, D&A (USD millions), interest expense, tax rate, and capex — are AI-generated using historical context and refreshed twice a year: after the December results season and after the September/Q4 results season.

DCF Valuation
Fair Value = Σ(FCFt / (1+WACC)t) + Terminal Value. Terminal Value uses the Gordon Growth Model: FCF5 × (1+g) / (WACC−g). Default WACC: 10% (US risk-free ~4.5%, equity risk premium ~5.5%). Default terminal growth: 3% (long-run US nominal GDP proxy).

CAGR Tracker
Expected 5-year CAGR = (DCF Fair Value / Current Price)1/5 − 1. Assumes fair value is reached in exactly 5 years — a mechanical estimate only.
