📊 MIXED Q3 2025: Revenue $405.6M (+8.1%), America +5.9%, Airports +16.1%, AFFO +62.5%
Revenue & Profitability
Consolidated revenue of $405.6 million, up 8.1% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA was $132.5 million (+9.5%), and AFFO reached $30.5 million (+62.5%). America segment revenue grew 5.9% to $310 million with segment-adjusted EBITDA of $133.4 million (+3.9%). Airports revenue increased 16.1% to $95.6 million with segment-adjusted EBITDA of $21.9 million (+29.2%).
Outlook
Management sees industry tailwinds from disruption in search and linear TV ad markets, positioning out-of-home to gain share. The company is experiencing strong momentum in national sales and has 90% of Q4 2025 revenue under contract. Long-term goals include 6-8% adjusted EBITDA growth and net leverage of 7-8x by end of 2028.
Growth Drivers
Key growth levers include the America segment's 18th consecutive quarter of local revenue growth, airport digital revenue up 37.4%, and strong performance in New York (ahead of internal projections on MTA assets) and San Francisco (boosted by tech/AI advertising). National sales grew 6.1% in America and 25.2% in airports. The auto insurance vertical is recovering and expected to contribute further.
Balance Sheet & CapEx
CapEx for full-year 2025 is guided at $60-70 million. Q3 CapEx was $13.2 million, down 25.9% due to lower digital spend and reduced contractual shelter spending. Tariffs have had minimal impact on CapEx decisions. No specific AI infrastructure investments were mentioned.
Margins
America segment-adjusted EBITDA margin was 43.1% in Q3; airports margin was 22.9%. Management is focused on margin expansion through operating efficiencies, digital conversion, and corporate cost reduction. Adjusted EBITDA guidance for full-year 2025 is $490-505 million (3-6% growth).
Key Risks
Risks flagged include potential impact of government shutdown on Washington/Baltimore market and air traffic (though minimal to date). LA market has lagged due to fires and entertainment industry shifts. Tariff increases on steel have had limited effect. The company's high leverage (targeting 7-8x net leverage by 2028) remains a risk, and the Spain sale is subject to regulatory approval.

Financial Model
Projections are built from each company's audited annual financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) over the last 5 fiscal years. Forward assumptions — revenue growth %, EBITDA margin, D&A (USD millions), interest expense, tax rate, and capex — are AI-generated using historical context and refreshed twice a year: after the December results season and after the September/Q4 results season.

DCF Valuation
Fair Value = Σ(FCFt / (1+WACC)t) + Terminal Value. Terminal Value uses the Gordon Growth Model: FCF5 × (1+g) / (WACC−g). Default WACC: 10% (US risk-free ~4.5%, equity risk premium ~5.5%). Default terminal growth: 3% (long-run US nominal GDP proxy).

CAGR Tracker
Expected 5-year CAGR = (DCF Fair Value / Current Price)1/5 − 1. Assumes fair value is reached in exactly 5 years — a mechanical estimate only.
