📊 MIXED Mobileye Q1 2026: Revenue $558M (+27% YoY), raises full-year guidance to $1.975B
Revenue & Profitability
Q1 2026 revenue was $558 million, up 27% year-over-year. Adjusted operating income was $95 million, up 61% year-over-year, with adjusted operating margin of 17%. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised to $1.975 billion at the midpoint, implying 4% growth, with adjusted operating income of $210 million. Operating cash flow was strong at $75 million despite working capital timing.
Outlook
Management sees strong underlying demand for ADAS, with consistent positive revisions from customers throughout 2025 and into Q1 2026. The geopolitical and economic environment remains volatile, but the company believes sufficient conservatism is baked into the second-half outlook. Tailwinds include increasing ADAS fitment rates, safety stock normalization, and China OEM export growth, particularly into emerging markets.
Growth Drivers
Key growth levers include: (1) Surround ADAS, with three design wins (Volkswagen, a major U.S. OEM, Mahindra) offering ASPs of $100-$150 and 70% gross margins, expected to add >10% revenue annually when launched; (2) Chinese OEM exports, which are growing rapidly and supplying new markets; (3) India, where ADAS penetration is only 8% and regulation in 2027 could drive adoption to 70-90% in a few years; (4) Robotaxi scaling planned for 2027 after driver-out validation in late 2026.
Balance Sheet & CapEx
Not discussed in this earnings call.
Margins
Adjusted operating margin was 17% in Q1 2026, up about four percentage points year-over-year. Profitability was aided by strong mix to top-10 customers, partially offset by higher China OEM volume (lower ASP and profitability). For Q2, gross margin is expected to be slightly below Q1 levels due to mix. Full-year operating expenses are expected at ~$1.1 billion, with operating income guidance of $210 million.
Key Risks
Risks flagged include: geopolitical and economic volatility, low visibility on China OEM volumes in the second half (assumed to decline meaningfully), downward pressure on ASPs from China export mix and dual-chip discounts, and a $3.8 billion goodwill impairment due to market cap decline and higher risk premium. There is also reliance on automotive development timelines and OEM confidentiality limiting visibility.

Financial Model
Projections are built from each company's audited annual financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) over the last 5 fiscal years. Forward assumptions — revenue growth %, EBITDA margin, D&A (USD millions), interest expense, tax rate, and capex — are AI-generated using historical context and refreshed twice a year: after the December results season and after the September/Q4 results season.
